The 2018 North Bend Film Festival is a brand new genre festival that will be taking place in the same town where David Lynch filmed Twin Peaks so you know the four day festival will be filled with films that are just a bit off the wall. Below, you will find the movies I have picked as the ones you do not want to miss.
