Local Sightings is the only festival dedicated to showcasing the best in Northwest regional films. Taking place Sept. 24-Oct.3 at Northwest Film Forum, the lineup will include the premieres of 15 feature films and over 50 shorts from up-and-coming directors from Alaska to Oregon.
