Ghostbusters (2016) - Movie Review


Ghostbusters is a re imagining of the 1980's classic called Ghostbusters and tells a very familiar story about a group of scientists who stumble upon an uprising of the undead. The film stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, Chris Hemsworth, Karan Soni, and some old guys who were in a similar movie about ghosts a long time ago.

The screenplay, written by Drew Goddard (The Cabin in the Woods), is based off the best selling novel from author Andy Weir. The movie stars Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Jeff Daniels, Kristen Wiig, Michael Peña, Sean Bean, Kate Mara, Sebastian Stan, Aksel Hennie, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Mackenzie Davis, and Donald Glover.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the original smash hit from Dreamworks Animation. This installment, based on the books written by Cressida Cowell, is again directed by Dean DeBlois and includes returning voice actors like Jay Baruchel, America Ferrera, Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, and Jonah Hill along with newcomers Cate Blanchett, Kit Harrington, and Djimon Hounsou.

Keep in mind it is set in a not too distant future so its not like the man is in love with Windows 8...I mean...who is, right?
