Packed with movies, music, and art, the ten day festival features "the most exciting and intriguing, mind-bending, beautiful, and flat out weird films from domestic and international filmmakers." GeekGirlCon is now in its eighth year of providing a home for diversity and inclusion not just for women and girls, but for anyone who wants to celebrate what it means to be part of this wonderful culture. The creators and curators of this celebratory convention take great care in making sure that every single person feels welcome with an extra emphasis on creating an experience that women of all ages will never forget.

GeekGirlCon will take place the weekend of October 27th and 28th at the Washington State Convention Center. This article highlights some of the events, vendors, and panels you won't want to miss.
