Zootopia - Movie Review

Zootopia is the latest animated film from Walt Disney Animation Studios and was co directed by Byron Howard, Rich Moore, and Jared Bush. The film features the voice talents of Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Idris Elba, Jenny Slate, Nate Torrence, Bonnie Hunt, Don Lake, Tommy Chong, J.K. Simmons, Octavia Spencer, Alan Tudyk, and Shakira.

The Witch (2016) - Movie Review

The Witch, a horror movie based off of 1600's New England folk tales, was written and directed by Robert Eggers. The film stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Ralph Ineson, Kate Dickie, Harvey Scrimshaw, and Julian Richings.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot - Movie Review

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, is based off of the book "The Taliban Shuffle: Strange Days in Afghanistan and Pakistan" by Kim Parker. The movie stars Tina Fey, Margot Robbie, Martin Freeman, Alfred Molina, Christopher Abbott, Billy Bob Thornton, and Nicholas Braun.

2016 Seattle Asian American Film Festival Recap

This was my first time either attending the Seattle Asian American Film Festival and I was very impressed with the three days of programming that was put together by the all volunteer staff. Every film that I saw played to a packed house at Seattle's Northwest Film Forum and the entire event was very well organized from ticket sales to post screening Q&A sessions. Below you will find reviews of each of the films I watched as well as my "TwoOhSix Festival Favorite".
